1. Flat Rate Shipping

We believe in transparency and simplicity. We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of the destination or the number of items in your cart.

2. Global Fulfillment & Warehousing

To ensure the fastest delivery times, we operate multiple fulfillment centers located across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Asia.

  • Smart Routing: Your order will be automatically dispatched from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order different items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are sourced from different specialized warehouses.

3. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

We utilize a network of international carriers to deliver your goods efficiently. As we ship from our global hubs, transit times vary based on your region.

Note: We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive real-time tracking updates as your package moves through the network.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–72 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Joyculina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that delay (if any) caused by customs clearance processes is out of Joyculina's control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priorities.

 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report the case to the delivery man if you can. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately

  Lost or Stolen Packages

Joyculina is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) immediately to file a claim.

We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided.
